“Audit time” is typically an arduous project, with tight deadlines and massive amounts of information and data to process and account for. Typically, that is, for most organizations. Not here at Community FoodBank. At the food bank, “audit time” is an adventure in teamwork, conversation, and problem solving due to our awesome auditors at Bianchi, Kasavan and Pope. Led by Jarrod Penner, Audit Manager, the team drops in for a week of fact finding and number crunching which raps up in November with the printing of our audited financial statements and 990. We respect all the hours of dedication Jarrod and his team devote to our case each year.

Audit time can be intimidating, but with the right audit and accounting team in place, it can go from arduous to fun. Ok, not so much fun. But definitely a positive experience with a successful outcome.
